The company’s latest addition to its product range is a Hi-Lo Reader, which can cut the costs by 60 to 70% of flatness checks. The cost is dramatically reduced because we use a column gauge display with the Hi – Lo Reader and remove the expense of a computer system.

The Hi – Lo Reader takes in the transducer measurements and passes them one at a time to the column gauge, which selects the highest and lowest reading and totals them together giving the maximum variation. By replacing the standard column gauge with our digital column, SPC can be achieved at a very reasonable cost.
